4. Membership

Members

When a user registers within the Services, they become a member (hereinafter - the "Member"). We do not influence the relationships between Members and various possible motivations for using the service. All Members are very different in terms of goals they have in mind when registering on our sites. They specify these goals on their profiles. Some of our Members are looking for new friends, virtual companionship or online romance. Some Members are looking for popularity and recognition of their talent. Members may have only one account (hereinafter - "Membership") with the Services. Multiple accounts will be blocked. Upon registering with the Services and thereby becoming a Member, you shall have access to the following Services:

• Browsing through other Member's profiles;
• Having your profile registered in our database and making it searchable by other Members;
• Making changes to your profile;
• Reading messages (Web version only);
• Purchasing Membership extensions for subsequent periods.

By registering, a user acknowledges and agrees that the profile information and content will be visible and accessible to other users of our platform.

Verified Members

Users can confirm their identity and get the 'verified' sign. To be verified, a User must pass a verification process which includes submitting a government issued ID and passing a biometric verification process through SumSub. The verification is valid for the next six months after the verification is passed. After six months, a User needs to re-verify their account by passing the SumSub verification process again. If the reverification process is not completed, the verification mark is removed.

Paying Members

Paying Members are not marked with any sign. Paying Members are using our platform on a "pay-per-action" model without any boundaries and can connect with Free Users as well as other Paying Members.

Free Users

Free Users are marked with the "Free User" Flame symbol. Free Users are permitted to use the platform without charge. Free Users must follow certain rules, including the Community Standards and the Communication Policy For Free Users. Free Users are required to undergo regular identity verification, remain active on the website, and provide accurate, high quality, profile content. Free Users enjoy free access with certain boundaries, such as being unable to contact other Free Users.

It is strictly prohibited for Free Users to receive monetary compensation for their involvement with the platform in any way. If any Member learns about a violation of this rule then they should inform us by contacting Customer Support. Any Free User who violates this rule will be blocked immediately on our platforms.

Purchasing Of Monthly Credit Pack Or Bundle Subscription And Credits

If you wish to use our Services not included in a free-use, you will have to subscribe to a Monthly Credit Pack and buy credits, which will allow you to make purchases within the Services (the "Credits"). Your Monthly Credit Pack subscription will continue indefinitely until canceled by you.

After your initial subscription to a Monthly Credit Pack, and again after any subsequent period, your Monthly Credit Pack subscription will automatically renew for an additional equivalent period, at the price you agreed to when initially subscribing to the Monthly Credit Pack. You agree that your account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature.

You can cancel your subscription any time by following these instructions:

1. Log into your account;
2. Go to Profile setting;
3. Find section "Manage Account";
4. Click on the link "Go here" in the sentence "Need a break? Go here to hide your account or cancel subscription";
5. Select "Cancel subscription";
6. Confirm further steps.

Do not hesitate to contact us in case of any difficulties throughout the process.

If you cancel your Monthly Credit Pack subscription, you may use it until the end of your then-current term and it will not be renewed thereafter. However, you won't be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the Monthly Credit Pack fee paid for the then-current period.

By subscribing to the Monthly Credit Pack, you authorize us to charge your credit card, debit card or other payment method at such time and again, as your Monthly Credit Pack subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of an subsequent period, unless canceled by you prior to the expiration of any active Monthly Credit Pack period, including any sales or similar taxes imposed on your payments.

Unless otherwise indicated in any applicable additional terms or communications, we will send to your registered email address a Monthly Credit Pack renewal notification indicating the same Monthly Credit Pack fee which was in force when you first subscribed, plus any applicable taxes. We may, however, notify you at least 10 days prior to the end of your current term that the Monthly Credit Pack fee will increase starting from the next period.

You acknowledge and agree that your payment method will be automatically charged for the Monthly Credit Pack subscription fees, plus any applicable taxes, upon each such automatic renewal.

You acknowledge that your Monthly Credit Pack subscription is subject to automatic renewals and you consent to and accept responsibility for all recurring charges to your credit or debit card (or other payment method, as applicable) based on this automatic renewal feature without further authorization from you and without further notice except as required by law.

You further acknowledge that the amount of the recurring charge may change if the applicable tax rates change or if you are notified that there will be an increase in the applicable Monthly Credit Pack subscription fees.

Upon the renewal of your Monthly Credit Pack subscription, if we do not receive a payment, you agree that we may either terminate or suspend your account and continue to attempt to charge your payment method provider until payment is received (upon receipt of payment, your account will be activated and for purposes of automatic renewal, your new Monthly Credit Pack subscription period will begin as of the day payment was received).

By subscribing to our Monthly Credit Pack, you will receive the following benefits:

• A showcase of your account to all Members during the Membership period;
• Promo Credits if included and depending on the subscription type defined during the purchase process. Promo Credits are renewed each subscription period and not moved to the next subscription period;
• We also offer several Credit packages with special prices per Credit. These Credits can be used for anything within our Services: chats, emails, sharing photos and videos, etc.

At our sole discretion we may offer you extended scope of services after the subscription to the Monthly Credit Pack, provided that we may overturn or change this extended scope at any time. The extended scope may additionally include the following:

• Free chats, video chats, emails, offline messages, mobile app messages with the other Members, except Free Users (as defined below);
• Sending/Viewing photos or videos to other Members, except Free Users, and viewing video in profile of other Member, except Free Users, free of charge.

The purchase of a Monthly Credit Pack is not required to use the Services. You can use the Services without features described above for free.
